The philosophy of using LoseBiG is based on:

  1. proper preparation of the body before the meal, and

  2. managing cravings and emotional hunger during the day.

LoseBiG capsules are taken strictly 30 minutes before a meal, accompanied by two glasses of water.

The following meal is recommended to include about half the amount of food compared to previous habits, as the action of the capsules enhances the feeling of satiety and reduces the need for a larger intake of food.

Because its aroma stimulates physiological receptors and makes them feel satisfied by smaller portions, it turns out that the pleasure and reward system in our brain is also activated by smell.

This activation helps control our food intake. When we smell a particular food, this area of the brain is activated and tells us that we have already or are about to consume a particular product. When it has been activated enough, a message is sent to let us know that we need to stop eating whatever triggered it.

This phenomenon is called “aesthetic saturation”.

Dietary Guidelines

  • A gradual reduction of sugar is recommended, both in coffee and in the overall diet, with a preference for the use of stevia.

  • Complete avoidance of alcohol, processed carbohydrates and saturated fats is recommended.

The diet should be based on quality protein sources, such as:

  • chicken (not breaded),

  • fish (tuna and salmon in water),

  • lean pork,

  • cottage cheese,

  • steamed pulses.

Legumes can be ready-made (available in supermarkets) or homemade, with the recommendation that they be kept in the fridge so that they can be consumed at the appointed time of the meal, without delay. Keeping a consistent meal schedule is critical for metabolic balance.

It is recommended to use only salt to cover electrolyte needs and, optionally, a small amount of olive oil to provide good fats.

The daily consumption of 1-2 fruits and vegetables, without dressing, ideally complements the diet plan.

Expected Results & Compliance

With the above approach, already in the first month, weight loss can be significant, as LoseBiG contributes substantially to reducing hunger and cravings – the two main causes that often lead to giving up.

The most important element remains decision and consistency. When there is a clear commitment to the goal, the results come.
