By submitting your email address to this site, you agree to receive emails from us. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails because we hate spam as much as you do. We offer you the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information provided is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in the payment gateway providers’ database to be accessible only by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your personal information (credit cards, social security numbers, finances, etc.) is never kept on file. LOSEBiG is integrated in Greece. Individual data subject rights – data access, portability and erasure
We are committed to helping our customers meet the requirements for individuals’ data rights under the GDPR. losebig.gr processes or stores all personal data with suppliers that have been fully vetted and are DPA compliant. We store all chat data and personal data for up to 6 years unless your account is deleted. In this case, we make all data available in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we will not retain it for more than 60 days.
We know that if you work with EU customers, you must be able to provide them with the ability to access, update, retrieve and remove personal data. We got you! We’ve been set up as a self-service from the beginning and always provide you with access to your data and your customers’ data.
